The first time we searched for a home with a different realtor, it was a 5-month process with no results. Elizabeth contacted us right after, but we were burned out and asked her to give us a year to regather ourselves. She didn't pressure at all. After about a year, we contacted her and got the process started. We looked for homes for about 2-3 weeks(not every day) with Liz and had an offer accepted. The timing helped, but her experience and rare knowledge of the area is what sealed the deal. She didn't waste our time having us look at homes we couldn't afford, and didn't bore us with homes below the standard we desired. We were also first-time home buyers with lots of questions, and she showed patience and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
